In the event you may have not heard – Hurricane Irma, a powerful Hurricane is on target to the strike the United States and in specific areas of Florida.
Symphonic’s headquarters are based in Tampa, Florida and over the years we’ve been able to withstand various threats during what is called “Hurricane Season.” We’ve been lucky to have many false alarms, however this storm appears to be a bit more serious and dangerous than any one we’ve encountered before, and may make landfall close to home.
Because of this, and to ensure that our staff is safe, we’ve made the decision to have our employees work remotely on Friday, September 6, 2017 through Monday, September 11, 2017.
Serving our clients is a huge priority however, the safety of our employees is an obvious important priority as well.
During this time we will do our very best to be available for any support inquiries and questions.The SymphonicMS, our website, help center, and more will still be available as normal but there may be a few delays in approving your release.
We ask for your patience and understanding during the next few days to ensure that our staff is able to get through the storm prior to continuing.
