“MyTones” has launched for the Mozilla Firefox OS. The app is available internationally for any Firefox OS device running Firefox OS 1.3 and above. This app represents a coordinated effort between both WDA and Mozilla to bring the amazing catalog of ringtones and wallpapers currently distributed by Symphonic to WDA to the Firefox OS platform.
Firefox OS is a growing mobile platform that has launched internationally in South America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Manufacturers like ZTE, Huawei, Alcatel and LG have all released Firefox OS devices on mobile networks like T-Mobile, Telefonica, SingTel and more. As the platform continues to grow and expand so will the MyTones app.
The MyTones app features both ringtone and wallpaper content for Firefox OS users. Following the initial launch, WDA will onboard more content to the storefront and work out various features through the year.
