The yearly industry-wide content freeze is in effect. During this time you will be unable to send in new submissions until our partners begin processing them again Jan 2, 2018. Until then you can prepare releases in our system and save them but you’ll need to submit later when submissions go live.
Due to the content freeze the Symphonic offices will be temporarily closed for operations between December 22, 2017 to January 1, 2018.
Throughout this time we will be unable to act upon any requests but you may still create tickets or send emails and we will respond as soon as we’re back up and running.
We will resume our normal operations on January 2, 2018.
