Randall Foster // GM, Nashville & VP Business Development
Randall Foster is an innovative entertainment executive and music professional. He is Vice President of Business Development for Symphonic Distribution and General Manager of Symphonic’s Nashville office.
Randall holds a Master’s Degree in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami, Frost School of Music. He is a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (GRAMMYs), Chairman of the Nashville Chapter of the American Association of Independent Music (A2IM), Secretary of the Board for the Nashville Film Festival, actively serves on committees for the American Bandmasters Association, and is a past board member of both the Society of Leaders In Development (SOLID) and ALIAS (a nonprofit dedicated to music education and philanthropic outreach).
Vince Amoroso // Head of Marketing, mtheory
Vince Amoroso joined mtheory in 2014 as VP of Marketing — he previously held positions in the Marketing and Digital Marketing departments at Sony Music / RCA Records in New York City overseeing a mix of artist projects from Foo Fighters, to Justin Timberlake, WALK THE MOON, Elle King, The Strokes, Kings of Leon and Sia. In his current role as Head of Marketing for mtheory, Vince is responsible for a myriad of campaigns, business development projects, partner relations, growth strategies and marketing initiatives across the companies diverse client base.
